Charities
Mission:
Our mission is to provide support and encouragement, by showing
God's love through the embrace of the body of Christ, for
families who have begun the journey of battling their child's
cancer.
Our mission will be carried out by establishing a network of
support that can walk alongside families, who have a child that
was diagnosed with cancer under the age of 3, throughout their
entire journey.

Secondary Charities |
|
| |
Soon our organization will present secondary charity
opportunities to our community:
-
VCCA -
Scholarship Programs (We will establish rules and
provide technical/secondary school scholarships)
-
VCCA -
"Vettes for Vets" (We will be purchasing a used
Corvette, refurbish it with the help of our sponsors and
members, and give it to a Local Returning Military Hero)
-
VCCA -
Overhaulin for Vets (We help local military families
repair their vehicles while there soldier is away.)
These are a sample of some of the programs we are working on to
benefit the Central Florida Community. If you are
interested in helping or sponsoring some of these ideas, please

A Message from the
Charities Director |

Aug. 21st, 2010
Greetings!
Thanks to Bud
and Andrea and Wayne and Susan for coordinating the first two
meal deliveries to the Haswell family. And thanks to everyone
who contributed to this important cause.
Our last meal delivery for this family is scheduled for Tuesday,
Aug. 24.
So far, contributors include:
Linda and Darrell Donner: Chicken casserole
Kathleen DiTillio: Desserts and bottled water
Pam and Burt: Taco fixings, homemade bread
Tom and Agnes Sauceman: Walmart gift card
• Please let me know if you want to contribute additional items
to round out these meals. We could use some side dishes and
vegetables or salad.
• Please let me know if you want to help with the delivery on
Tuesday.
